As you know the repairs were done over several months which could be a bit unsettling at times however we were very happy with the team at Remsure that you sent to do the job.
Mark Barton and his team were extremely professional and kept us in the know of the upcoming repairs and schedule at all times. We are very happy with the workmanship, work ethic and punctuality of the trade team. Mark was helpful and explained in detail any concerns or questions we may of had, he made us feel we could contact him anytime with any queries which was great.
The team was managed and supervised extremely well by Mark, the only thing I really needed to do was open the door for them each morning.
